I have created a series of guided meditations available on YouTube designed to support care partners in their journey of accompanying Persons Living with Dementia (PLwD).

One of my passions is helping others to connect more deeply to vastness of the great Mystery that I call God. Spiritual direction, is a relationship focusing on your awareness of God in your life and deepening that divine relationship. We do this through regular meetings that focus on your prayer life and where you are finding the richness of God’s presence.

I am an artist and I love to create. One of my creations is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization called Weaving Joy that promotes art through random acts of kindness and generosity leaving gifts of art out in the world to be found and treasured.

I received my Reiki Master certification in 2005 and have received training in Jin Shin Jyutsu (a healing touch therapy) and sound healing therapies.

Be it song, quilt, basket, ceramic, painting, written word or… I love to create. This is site contains galleries of a sampling of my art through the years.

I have been a volunteer with Providence Hospice/Napa Valley Hospice for over fifteen years.

I sing with the Napa Threshold Singers: a group of women who go out and sing at the bedsides of those at life’s thresholds. Request a sing via their website.

God has blessed me to be able to sing with the Mount Calvary Baptist Church. Our goal is to lead individuals into a dynamic relationship with Christ and equip them for service to God and humanity. Worshiping with this phenomenal group is a joy!
